He currently works as an independent contractor to various EAP’s and work organizations and has a private practice in Lafayette Hill

Overview of Training: 

The training will give a historic perspective of workplace interventions and how they have evolved to the current workplace. The presenter will discuss the importance of adhering to core EAP principles and understanding the dual client relationship that is unique to EAP. The presenter will draw from relevant interventions and engage participants in discussions on optimal responses.
