Brenna Allen, MA, MT-BC
Brenna is a board-certified music therapist with a Master’s degree in Music Therapy and certificate in Addiction Studies from Immaculata University. Brenna has experience working across different levels of care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential drug and alcohol treatment. Brenna has supported individuals who experience mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and other mental health challenges. Brenna currently leads the Creative Arts Intensive Outpatient Program at High Focus Treatment Centers in Lansdale, PA.

Overview of Training:
Attendees of this training will gain understanding of how creative arts are integrated with traditional counseling strategies in mental health treatment. This training will seek to define various creative arts modalities and explore how they can be implemented to support individuals in reaching their treatment goals. The training will include examples of interventions, referral considerations, and treatment outcomes.
