1. Educate participants on the critical role family support services play in the recovery process, emphasizing how involving families can improve treatment outcomes and long-term recovery success for employees struggling with SUD.
2. Offer actionable strategies and best practices for integrating family support services into existing Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), helping professionals better support both employees and their families in the journey to recovery.
3. Delve into the various roles that family members play in both the development and recovery from addiction, discussing how family dynamics can either contribute to substance use or support the recovery process.
